History of Pop-A-Lock Orlando

Pop-A-Lock of Orlando opened in 1996 after Sam Landers successfully launched Pop-A-Lock operations in both Jacksonville and St. Augustine Florida.  Sam travelled from his home in Jacksonville to Orlando five days a week for many months to help get Orlando Pop-A-Lock launched.  After spending much time hiring and training a new team, performing many jobs personally and spreading the word about the new business with all kinds of guerilla marketing, Sam claimed victory as Pop-A-Lock Orlando started taking off and growing fast.

Today, Pop-A-Lock Locksmith of Orlando is the leading locksmith in Orlando, performing full locksmith and roadside assistance services.

Of course, Pop-A-Lock continues to be an innovator in the industry and gives back to the community with our exclusive Emergency Door Unlock program.  With this program, Pop-A-Lock will unlock a car or home for FREE if a child is locked inside.  Given Sam’s past background in helping the public, he is most proud of the thousands of children his Orlando operation has saved over the past decade.


The Pop-A-Lock Orlando management team prides itself on giving top-notch customer service.  Customers know they are safe when we help them, and can count on our reliability and speed of getting to customers fast when they need our help.  Also, all Pop-A-Lock employees dress in company standard orange uniforms and provide service in clean cars that are easily identified to be Pop-A-Lock.
